I can't watch the purchased video?

Q. I purchased the product by mistake.

A. We don’t accept refunds for the products as stated in the terms of use you approved to use at the time of registration.

Q. The product I bought was illegal.

A. We do not accept inquiries or refunds for the products as stated in the terms of use that you approved to use at the time of registration. For illegal product information, please contact inquiries with the product name and seller's contact. If it is necessary, we will delete the seller's account, but we will not intervene in solving the problem with the seller and you.

Q. How can I register as a seller?

A. Please input the information required for seller registration in my page.
After that, please pay the monthly fee from "purchase membership" to use as a seller. You will be able to register the product after payment is completed.
The usage period of this service as a seller is one month. Even if you use the service from the middle of the month, the full monthly fee will be charged for the current month.
The seller's use period of this service is one month initially, and then automatically renewed in units of one month, and one month prior to the expiration of the contract period, the service provider will separately provide a written or electromagnetic suspension procedure. Will automatically extend for another month unless you It is possible to cancel within the period of using this service, but refunds will not be accepted.

Q. I can't upload videos.

A. The video formats that can be uploaded are limited. Only mp4 format taken with android terminal and MOV taken with iphone are supported. Please check the video file before uploading. The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 300MB.

Q. How do I get sales?

A. Please confirm whether you have paid the usage fee as a seller. After confirming the payment of usage fee, if the sales are not transferred, please contact inquiry.

Q. How do I quit this service?

A. Please withdraw from My Page. Please remind that all purchased videos and information registered as sellers will be lost.
