Kosoto Gake (Standing)
Explanation
I redesigned The Kosoto Gake of Judo to be easy to use for Jiu-jitsu.
The main movement is to hold down the opponent's heel with the sole of the foot and push it down, so the technique itself is very simple.
However, in Jiu-jitsu, the speed at which the opponent pulls in is often quite fast, so this video shows how to apply a feint or lose the balance of the opponent without assembling.
Another reason I personally like Kosoto Gake is that I can hunt down the opponent with Kenken even after performing the technique.
Please practice while keeping in mind that you will not miss the momentary timing and that you will continue to wear Kosoto Gake in a good balance.
